Capirotada is a good Mexican desert or food. It is well known in Mexico. This food is good for parties or any use. Capirotada consists of many ingredients mixed up. It can be yours to make in any occasion.
You will need cinnammon sticks, nuts, sprinkles, bolillos or bread, butter, peanuts, raisins, cheese, and milk. First you heat water and add the cinammon sticks. Then heat the bolillos and add butter to them. Put them aside. When the cinammon is well heated, add milk. After that is done, find a large bowl with a flat bottom. Add a layer of bread to the bowl. Then add raisins, nuts, peanuts, and sprinkles all over the bread. Keep doing this until you're out of bread. Then add the cinammon all over the layers of bread. Do this until you're out of liquid. Leave the capirotadain in a fresh spot for an hour or until the bread is soft.
The Capirotada is now finished. You can serve with coffee or hot chocolate. The Capirotada was invented as a way to use leftovers and for Holy week. The Capirotada is a traditional recipt. Thrust me you will enjoy it.
