How to Build a Pinata

Are you tired of having to buy a Pinata ever year, for your son, daughter, nephew,brother or sister? Do you ever wonder if there is a cheaper way, instead of buying a Pinata? Have you ever wanted to make something messy and fun? Here are the ingredients to make your very own Pinata.
1. A large ballon
2. A newspaper
3. Two cups of water and one cup of flour
4. Crepe paper, glue and string for decorating
5. Asorted candy
First, you get 1 bowl. Blow up the ballon as much as you can. Put the ballon in the bowl to hold it.
Second, you get another big bowl, mix the flour and water together. Third, you get the news paper and cut it into 3 inch strips. Dip the newspaper in the bowl that has the flour and water. Then put the diped newspaper on the ballon. Once you put the strips on the ballon, go over it 4 times to make the ballon strong and sturdy.
